Andy Hayes

Andy Hayes is a seasoned compliance and customer relations professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance Monitoring at Simply Business since August 2012, Andy has also taken on positions such as Acting Head of Compliance and Senior Compliance Manager, where responsibilities included managing a successful complaints process and acting as a single point of contact for customers. Prior to Simply Business, Andy held leadership roles at TalkTalk, where oversight of a team ensured the achievement of call volumes and sales targets, and began a career in management as a Department Manager at Focus DIY. Andy's educational background includes attendance at Lings Academy.
