Nicholas Wittich

Nicholas Wittich currently serves as AVP and Associate General Counsel for M&A and Strategic Transactions at Sinclair Inc., a position held since August 2019, following roles as Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel in the same area. Prior to Sinclair Inc., Nicholas worked at EchoStar Corporation as Director of Corporate & Securities Counsel from August 2015 to August 2019. Nicholas began a legal career at Jones Day as an Associate from September 2009 to August 2011, before continuing as an Associate at Winstead PC and Hogan Lovells, specializing in Corporate, Securities, and M&A matters. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and German from The University of Dallas.
