Stephen Barnes

Mr Stephen Barnes joined Singapore Airlines in January 2014 as Senior Vice President Finance. He also had an earlier stint at SIA, from June 2001 to October 2008, where he last held the position of Divisional Vice President Treasury & Structured Finance. After Mr Barnes left SIA in 2008, he joined an aircraft leasing company, holding a senior leadership role.

Mr Barnes has over 35 years’ experience as a finance professional, having held key leadership positions in industries ranging from banking to fund management. Currently, he is the Chairman of Singapore Aviation & General Insurance Company. He also serves on Board of RCMS Properties.
