Eastina Tan started their career as an Infantry Officer in the Singapore Army, where their leadership experience shaped their perspective on people and purpose. They later served as a Journalist at Prachatai English, covering significant political events in Thailand, and worked with the Ministry of Defence of Singapore as a Capabilities Development Officer. Currently, Eastina is the Regional Director for South Asia and the Middle East at the Economic Development Board, focusing on investment facilitation and business development, while also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of York. They previously earned a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
