Guojian Ou

Guojian Ou currently holds the position of Deputy Vice President, Sustainability at Singapore Post since September 2025, where responsibilities include developing the sustainability strategy and ensuring adherence to SGX listing rules on sustainability reporting. Prior to this, Guojian served as Deputy Vice President (Sustainable Solutions) at Mandai Wildlife Group from December 2016 to August 2025, leading initiatives to transition to renewable energy and managing environmental performance audits. Previous roles include Head of the Programme Management Office and Assistant Vice President at Mandai Wildlife Group, Senior Engineer at PUB, The National Water Agency, and Senior Assistant Director at the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources. Guojian holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
