Matthew Chong

Matthew Chong, PMP, currently serves as Associate Director at Singtel since September 2005, contributing significantly to the Digital Online subtribe across multiple agile squads. Matthew has held various roles at Singtel, including Senior Delivery Manager, focusing on the Singtel Operating Model Transformation Program and driving customer-facing services through innovative digital products. Experience also includes oversight of agile teams as Senior Customer Success Manager, enhancing the MySingtel App. Previous positions within Singtel involved solutions architecture and technical delivery management for the Prepaid Business. Earlier career experience includes working as a Systems Support Engineer at Syniverse Technologies. Matthew holds an Honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
