Ishanka has previously held roles at Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC, progressing from Human Resources Officer to Senior Human Resources Officer from 2019 to 2023. From 2015 to 2018, Ishanka served as a Customer Care Assistant and later as an Executive Coordinator in Human Resources at Singer Sri Lanka PLC.
