Amanda Jung

Amanda Jung currently serves as Senior Director of Employee Relations, Policy & Payroll at Optus, having progressed through various leadership roles within the organization since April 2017. Amanda's experience encompasses significant responsibilities in Employee Relations (ER) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), including management of a team focused on enterprise bargaining, workplace investigations, union relations, and organizational change. Prior to Optus, Amanda held the position of Employee Relations Manager at nbn™ Australia, overseeing IR/ER aspects and managing enterprise agreements. Amanda's career began as an Industrial Relations Research & Advisory Officer at the Motor Traders' Association of NSW, followed by advisory roles at Clubs NSW and NSW Business Chamber. Amanda holds a Masters of Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University.
