Olivia Gary

Olivia Gary is an experienced professional in retail project management and architecture with a strong background in store planning and execution for international brands. Currently serving as Store Planner at Sisley Paris since July 2021, Olivia focuses on the development of Sisley Houses. Prior to this role, Olivia worked as Project Manager for LUSH in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, managing budgets, project descriptions, and construction processes from planning to completion. Earlier experience includes serving as Retail Project Manager for Nestlé Nespresso SA, overseeing store openings and refurbishments, and working as an architect with Anjuère et Associés, handling various stages of architectural projects. Olivia holds a degree in Architecture from Ecole supérieure d'architecture Paris la Villette.
