Rich Carroll is a seasoned professional in the field of digital asset management and product success, currently serving as Global Director of Product Success at Sitecore since April 2019. Carroll's expertise includes managing the Sitecore Content Hub, a unified platform that integrates DAM, MRM, and PIM for marketing departments. Prior to Sitecore, Carroll held various leadership roles at IO Integration from 2005 to 2019, including Global Director for Partnerships and Senior Sales Executive, focusing on deploying creative technologies and fostering strong business relationships.
