Ray McDiarmid

Ray Mcdiarmid is the current Global Head of CX Consulting at Sitel. Prior to this, they held various positions at different companies including Enterprise Sales & Consulting - Airlines at Boxever, Group Sales at Capita, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Sitel Group, and Business Development Director - EMEA at Sitel. Ray has also served as the Sales & Marketing Director at Inkfish. Ray has over 18 years of experience in the customer service and sales industry.

Their manager is Laurent Uberti, Founder, President & CEO. They are on a team with Carole Bohrer - Head of Legal, David Slaviero - CTO, and Jason Skaria - Global CIO.
