Jason Skaria

Jason Skaria is the current Global CIO at Sitel. Prior to this, they served as the SVP of Infrastructure & Operations and IT at Donnelley Financial Solutions from February 2018 to July 2019. Jason has also held the position of SVP of Information Technology at Trustwave from February 2010 to February 2018, and Director at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants from October 2009 to February 2010. Jason was also the VP of Client Implementation at Textura Middle East from February 2008 to October 2009, where they were responsible for managing consulting & software implementation practice, as well as the ADP account. Prior to that, they served as the Sr Director of IT Infrastructure at ADP from January 2006 to February 2008, where they were responsible for managing all technology infrastructure, including data center operations, data network & telecommunications, systems & storage, help desk & PC support, and database administration. Jason has also held the position of VP of GM Sun Microsystems Account at AT&T from September 1999 to November 2002, and Director of Network Technology at Tribune Company from January 1997 to December 1999.

Jason Skaria has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Western Ontario.

They are on a team with Carole Bohrer - Head of Legal, Mariana Diniz - Global Head of Digital Solutions, and Ray Mcdiarmid - Global Head of CX Consulting. Jason Skaria reports to Laurent Uberti, Founder, President & CEO.
