Amr Razzak

Amr Razzak is a Corporate/M&A Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, bringing extensive legal expertise to the firm. Previously, Razzak served as an Associate at Clifford Chance US LLP and contributed to community development as a Community Development Volunteer and Provincial Representative in Northern Cameroon with the Peace Corps. Razzak holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, both earned between 1994 and 1998.
