Amy Phelps

Amy Phelps currently serves as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates since September 2022, following their role as a Judicial Extern to Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster at the Delaware Court of Chancery in early 2022.
