Matthew Vignieri is the managing director of global sales at [Skai](/org/skai). Matthew has over fifteen years of experience in sales and account management, with a focus on customer experience and social solutions. Prior to [Skai](/org/skai), they were with Oracle Corporation for seven years, where they managed strategic accounts for retail, internet, and service companies. Matthew also spent four years at Onyx Software, where they managed national accounts and grew the professional services sales team. Most recently, they were the vice president of sales for North America at [TAOS](/org/untaos). In their current role at [Skai](/org/skai), Matthew is responsible for leading the sales team and growing revenue.

Afterwards, they completed certification courses from Kenshoo and Amazon in Kenshoo Search Certification and Amazon DSP Campaigns Certification respectively. Dan Madden is the Global VP, Industry Leads at [Skai](/org/skai). Prior to joining [Skai](/org/skai), Dan served as the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at [Spruce Media](/org/spruce-media) from January 2012 to December 2013. In this role, Dan was responsible for launching and leading the SaaS line of the business. Dan also worked closely with Product and Engineering on new product development to meet client needs. Prior to [Spruce Media](/org/spruce-media), Dan served as the Vice President, Business Development at adBrite from May 2007 to January 2012. In this role, Dan managed nationwide Business Development and Sales teams representing $20MM in annual revenue. Dan also grew revenue an average of 101% quarter over quarter for the last four quarters and increased team’s share of company revenue from 10% to 55% during the same period. Prior to adBrite, Dan served as the Director, Business Development at [PayPal](/org/paypal) from February 2000 to May 2007. Prior to [PayPal](/org/paypal), Dan served as a Marketing Coordinator at [The Walt Disney Company](/org/disney) from January 1997 to February 2000.

Dan Madden attended Indiana University Bloomington and studied marketing and international business. Dan earned their bachelor's degree from the school.

Peter Phillips is the VP of Client Success at [Skai](/org/skai). Peter has over 7 years of experience in sales and sales operations management. Prior to joining [Skai](/org/skai), Peter was with [CommerceHub](/org/commercehub) as a Sales Engineer and was responsible for all [CommerceHub](/org/commercehub) Demand Solutions SAAS demonstrations, technical integration design/discovery, and solution engineering for their entire sales org achieving multi-million dollar team quotas (~$6MM/yr). Peter has also worked with companies like The Disney Store, Hot Topic, [Fossil](/org/fossil), [Yankee Candle](/org/yankeecandle), and Zoro Tools to produce tailored proposals/solutions. Before [CommerceHub](/org/commercehub), Peter was with Mercent as a Sales Operations Manager. At Mercent, they were responsible for managing the sales and business development team’s demand generation, lead qualification and routing, and data management processes. Peter also sourced, compiled and normalized data from multiple databases for purposes of prospecting and competitive review. Peter has a proven track record in sales and operations management and is an expert in e-commerce solutions.

Kate has over 15 years of experience in performance media, digital marketing, and consumer insights. Prior to her current role, she held leadership roles at global marketing agencies Omnicom and Edelemen, working with brands such as McDonalds, PepsiCo, SC Johnson, and Intel. Today, as General Manager at Skai, Kate oversees the strategy and operations for the company’s market intelligence business and plays an active role in guiding strategic clients such as PepsiCo, Estee Lauder, and Reckitt on their data transformation journeys.

Kate DuBois

Nich brings over a decade of experience in digital advertising, Ecommerce, and retail marketing technology in venture-backed startups in Seattle. Nich spent the majority of his ad-tech career helping grow companies like AdReady and the Amazon-integrator, Mercent Corp., now a division of CommerceHub. Building on expertise developed integrating major brands and retailers onto Amazon’s Marketplace at Mercent Corp., Nich started an Amazon Consulting firm helping brands run their businesses and advertising on Amazon’s complex marketplace. Later, after launching his own brand on Amazon, Nich joined forces with BuyBoxExperts to lead their Amazon Advertising business, supporting top-tier brands’ PPC and DSP efforts on Amazon. Nich joined Skai™ to help lead the Ecommerce business unit, pointing the industry-leading search technology toward the erupting Retail Advertising opportunity. Nich holds a BA in Music Theory and History from Whitman College.

Nich Weinheimer

Paul serves as General Manager of Search at Skai, bringing to the role more than 20 years of experience in business and product strategy. Most recently, Paul led the business development team and was previously Skai’s VP, Product Management and Partnerships for Search. Paul joined Skai™ from HP as former Chief Product Owner for Global Marketing Products and Services. There, he was instrumental in helping to revamp HP.com as part of HP’s digital transformation program. Earlier, Paul spent a decade at IAC / Ask.com leading product, development, and operations for Search and was the co-creator of the Ask Sponsored Listings business unit. Paul has a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Paul Vallez

Shmil is a partner at Sequoia Capital Israel and works with Internet, Mobile, and technology companies. He currently serves on the boards of Skai, Pontis, Olive, Scodix, Personetics, Ravello, and Zazma. He was previously on the boards of Topio (NetApp), Attenti (3M), PortAuthority (Websense), Qumranet (redhat), Riverhead (Cisco) and Storwize (IBM). Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2000, he was the President of Lucent Technologies Internetworking Systems Division. Shmil joined Lucent following Lucent’s acquisition of Lannet where he served as the President and CEO. Shmil joined Lannet as VP for R&D. Shmil also served as VP of Madge Networks. Before joining Lannet, Shmil held senior technical positions at IAI, Boeing and Astronautics in the area of Avionic Systems. Shmil has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Ben Gorion University.

Sandy has over 20 years of leadership experience spanning the evolution of interactive marketing across content, networks, mobile, addressable, and influencer media. He led Revenue and Operations at ChefsFeed, where he helped conceive, launch and scale an influencer content and distribution solution for some of the world’s biggest brands. Prior to ChefsFeed, Shanman was CRO at SambaTV, General Manager of Mobile at eXponential, Senior Vice President of Mobile at Limelight Networks, and Vice President of Sales at Advertising.com. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University-Chico.

Sandy Shanman

Gil joined Skai via the acquisition of Signals Analytics where he was co-founder and CEO. Today he leads Skai’s™ fast-growing Commerce division, as well as the organization’s strategic growth agendas, including BD, M&A, and partnerships. He is a frequent guest lecturer and editorial contributor to the Forbes Council on the application of data intelligence to drive innovation, as well as the role of data analytics in retail media as part of a connected commerce marketing strategy. Gil holds an LLB and MA in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel.

Gil Sadeh

Shirley has nearly 20 years of legal, financial, and operational management experience. She served as Professional Assistant to the Attorney General of Israel and held executive positions at the not-for-profit Atidim where she was part of the founding team and later VP of Finance and Operations at Intercast Networks. Mrs. Grill-Rachman holds a law degree (LLB) from Tel Aviv University, a Masters in Law (LLM) from the Hebrew University, and an MBA from INSEAD. She has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1997.

Boaz is a veteran VC investor with over 20 years of investment experience. He is a co-founder of Qumra Capital, Israel’s pioneer Late Stage Venture Capital, and was previously Managing Partner of Evergreen Venture. Boaz currently sits on the board of Kenshoo, AppsFlyer, MinuteMedia, Guardicore, IntSights, At-bay, & Vdoo Previously he served on the board of JFrog (NASDAQ:FROG) and on some of Evergreen’s most significant exits including Exalink, P-cube, Dune Networks Aeroscout, Metalink, BigBand, AVT (IPO) and Envara. Boaz earned a B.Sc from the Technion in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Stephen has almost 30 years of accounting, finance, and operational experience including senior leadership positions at companies in the online advertising, e-commerce, and software industries. Currently, Stephen serves as a director for several companies and is an active angel investor in early stage technology companies. Previously, Stephen held the role of Chief Financial Officer and later Chief Executive Officer of Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ: BV). Earlier in his career, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Innovation Officer for DoubleClick, one of the pioneers of the online advertising industry. Stephen began his career at the accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stephen Collins

Indy is a partner at Bain Capital Ventures. He joined BCV in 2007 and invests in application software and SaaS companies, with a focus on sales and marketing technologies. He also leads Bain Capital Ventures’s Pulse. Commerce program, a custom demo day for Fortune 5000 CMOs. He currently sits on the boards of Skai™, InfusionSoft, 6Sense and Wrike. Previously, he was a Product & Engagement Manager at BloomReach, working on key go-to-market issues such as performance attribution and pricing. He was also the interim Head of Marketing at Captora, helping launch the company from stealth mode and managing two product releases. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Indy Guha

Nir Feldman has more than 15 years experience of in building, scaling, and leading software development teams and products. For the last six years, he has been leading the development of various products at Skai. Prior to joining Skai Nir held R&D leadership roles at Mercury Interactive and HP Software. Nir holds a BSc in Software Engineering from the Ben Gurion University.

Margo has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, and lead generation across various enterprise and consumer goods industries with an emphasis on tech. With roots in consumer brand e-commerce, Margo previously led the development and management of Skai’s™ brand marketing for more than four years before doing the same for marketplace app SpotHero. She rejoined Skai in 2018, where she leads marketing for the company globally. Margo holds a BBA in Design Marketing and Management from Parsons School of Design.

Margo Kahnrose

Prior to joining Signals, Guy served as VP Product of Verint, a leading cyber intelligence company. Guy helped facilitate Verint’s growth journey from a small company to a public company of over $1B yearly revenue and over 5000 employees. He has over 22 years of experience in technology, delivery & execution, marketing, and product management. Prior to Verint, he worked in several technological positions in Intel, IBM, and ECI. Guy holds a B.A. in Business Management from The College of Management and an Executive MBA from Bar-Ilan University.

Guy Cohen

Zohar has 15 years of experience in investment banking, accounting and financial management, including leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Citi and E&Y. At Morgan Stanley, Zohar specialized in advising technology companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Most recently, Zohar served as CFO of Altimo, a privately held online marketing group from Israel. Zohar is a CPA and holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a BA in Accounting and LLB in Law from Tel Aviv University.

The former co-founder and CTO of Bazman, Nir carries over 20 years of experience in leading design and development teams for companies such as Demantra and Imperva. Nir holds a B.S. in Physics & Computer science from Ben Gurion University.
