Johan Jilborn

Johan Jilborn currently serves as Gruppchef CXM Spara and Product Manager for Skandia Online, leading a team of over 15 specialists in digitalization, customer communication, agile development methodologies, customer experience, and e-commerce since April 2015. Previous roles at Skandia include business developer and product owner within occupational pensions, with a focus on enhancing simplicity and transparency for companies and employees. Johan has extensive experience in strategic planning and project portfolio management across both private and corporate markets. Prior to Skandia, experience at Swedbank involved managing community relations, business development in loans, and overseeing a large sales and service team. Johan's educational background includes a Master's degree from the Stockholm School of Economics, complemented by various leadership and agile framework training.
