Clément Penhouët

Clément Penhouët is currently serving as a People Business Enabler and HRBP at SKF Groupe since January 2022, focusing on strategies that deliver both economic and environmental value in the industrial sector. Previously, Clément held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist and Headhunter at Crédey & Associés from March 2016 to December 2021, specializing in transportation, energy, and environmental sectors. Prior experiences include working as an Assistant Talent Manager at ENGIE, where responsibilities involved tracking talent mobility and diversity within the organization, and as Human Resources Manager at Sorbonne Junior Conseil, overseeing recruitment processes for student placements. Clément began professional career as an Assistant Project Manager at Input Sales Forces, managing a sales team for a high-tech client. Clément holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development and Social Law, alongside a Maîtrise in Management and a Licence in Business Finance, all obtained from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
