Aishling Martins

Aishling Martins, CPA, CMA, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations Finance at Skjodt-Barrett Foods since September 2025. Prior to this role, Aishling held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee from February 2023 to September 2025, and also served as Senior Manager of Finance - Planning and Performance. Aishling's extensive experience includes roles such as Head of Finance for Canada at Hillrom, Operational Finance Manager at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P., and various finance-related positions at Sears Canada Inc. and Baxter. Aishling began a career in finance with a training position at Ontario Power Generation. Aishling holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Financial Management Services, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, both from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.
