Kamila Riegerova

Kamila Riegerova possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Coordinator of HR Strategic Projects and Training and Development Specialist at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. since July 2012. Responsibilities include competency management, performance management, and training activities aimed at enhancing employee skills. Prior to this role, Kamila was a Training & Development Specialist at Volkswagen AG for a brief period in 2013, and served as HR Project Coordinator at AutoCont CZ a.s. from March 2011 to July 2012. Early in the career, involvement as an Assistant at LMC from October 2008 to September 2009 provided foundational HR experience. Kamila Riegerova holds a degree in Personnel Management (Ing.) from the Prague University of Economics and Business, completed in 2011.
