Shesh Shashank

Shesh Shashank is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management. Currently serving as Chief Manager Human Resources at Skoda Auto Volkswagen India since May 2019, Shesh specializes in HR business partnering, budget planning, and merger activities. Prior to this role, Shesh worked at Schindler India Pvt. Ltd. as Deputy Manager of Compensation & Benefits, focusing on compensation planning, employee benefits, HR process automation, performance management, and expatriate management. Earlier experience includes a Senior Executive role at RAK Ceramics (India) and a Human Resources Executive position at Neterson Technologies. Shesh holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from IHM-Bangalore.
