Prasanna Gopalakrishnan

Prasanna Gopalakrishnan is the current CTO at Sky Group. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from January 2018 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for driving and delivering transformation centered on superior client experience and business process optimization for Boston Private. Prasanna also set the digital strategy, roadmap, governance, and KPI drivers for the organization.

Gopalakrishnan has also served on the advisory board for Adjoint Inc. and YAXA. Adjoint is a blockchain technology company working on smart contracts and distributed ledger solutions built for modern finance. YAXA is a cyber security company that leverages machine learning to monitor user traffic accessing critical assets within the enterprise and proactively prevents cyber threats before they occur.

Prasanna Gopalakrishnan has an MBA in Finance and International Management from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Prasanna also has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani. Prasanna is certified as a Scrum Master.

They work with Simon Robson - Chief Financial Officer, Nick Herm - Group Director Strategy & Partnerships, and Devesh Raj - Chief Executive Officer, Germany, Austria & Switzerland. Prasanna Gopalakrishnan reports to Dana Strong, Group Chief Executive.
