Nirvana Maharaj has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career at MiX Telematics in 2015, where they served as a Client Care Manager responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring compliance. They then moved on to Phumelela Gaming & Leisure Limited in 2016, where they assumed multiple roles, including Customer Care & Banking Manager, Customer Support Centre Manager, and Group New Accounts Manager. In 2019, Nirvana joined Globaltrack as Head of Growth and later took on the role of Growth Specialist. Currently, they are working at Skynamo as a Customer Success Manager, starting in February 2022.

Nirvana Maharaj's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2002 to 2004.
