Victoria Kay

Victoria Kay currently serves as Privacy Principal and UK DPO at Skyscanner since July 2023. Previously, Victoria held the position of Head of Legal (Digital and Privacy) and DPO at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty from May 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing a privacy framework, leading compliance operations across multiple regions, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. Victoria's earlier experience includes serving as Solicitor and DPO at Metro Bank from March 2014 to May 2022, where a key focus was on legal service management and establishing a data protection function. Earlier roles in law included positions at Davenport Lyons, Greenwoods Solicitors, Beachcroft LLP, and emw. Victoria holds a BA in Law from BPP Law School and a degree in Politics from the University of Leicester.
