Joanne Chuang

Joanne Chuang is currently a Business Systems Analyst at Slack. Joanne was previously the Head of APAC at SYKE from July 2020 to November 2021, responsible for leading SYKE's operations and projects across the APAC region. Chuang was also the Head of Data Services, Triage & Matter Management at SYKE from September 2018 to September 2020, and they were involved in the Global Legal Transformation at Unilever from February 2017 to August 2018. Prior to that, Chuang served as General Counsel for Malaysia at Unilever from September 2013 to August 2018.

Joanne Chuang has a law degree from Durham University and A-levels from St Andrew's Cambridge. Joanne is also certified by OneTrust as a Certified Privacy Professional, DocuSign as a CLM Specialist, and One Trust as an Assessment Automation Expert and Privacy Management Professional.
