Joel Forman

Joel Forman is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in building and managing teams in product engineering and analytics. Currently serving as General Manager at Slalom Build since September 2018, Joel has played a pivotal role in expanding build center teams in North America to over 1,000 builders across 14 locations. With a career trajectory at Slalom spanning from Managing Director to Solution Architect, Joel has successfully led initiatives in Software Engineering, DevOps, and cloud enablement. Previous experience includes a tenure as Senior Application Developer at Safeco Insurance and a solid educational background with a BA in Management of Information Systems from Western Washington University and leadership training at Stagen Leadership Academy.
