Lauren Carr is a certified Scrum Master and Agile professional with extensive experience in project management and coaching across various organizations. Currently serving as a Scrum Master in the IT department at Sleep Number Corporation since January 2022, Lauren focuses on facilitating scrum events, coaching teams on Agile methodologies, and supporting cross-team collaborations to enhance project delivery.
