Currently serving as the Lead for agile transformation at Sligro Food Group, Rens spearheads initiatives for one of the largest eCommerce platforms in the Benelux. Previous roles include Group Lead for Big Data Analytics at ASML, Head of Capability Group at BMW Group, and Site Manager at Alphabet International GmbH, where Rens cultivated successful IT delivery and management strategies. Rens holds an Executive Master of Management and Organization from TIAS School for Business and Society and several agile certifications, reflecting a strong commitment to leveraging IT for business value and operational excellence.
