Kristi Eberhardt

Kristi Eberhardt, P.Biol., R.P.Bio., is an accomplished aquatic ecologist currently employed at SLR Consulting since June 2023, responsible for overseeing aquatic field work programs, data analysis, and technical report preparation. With prior experience as an aquatic biologist at Jacobs, Kristi managed field staff and project teams while ensuring health and safety compliance on a large-scale pipeline project. Career beginnings included roles at Fisheries and Oceans Canada, where responsibilities ranged from supporting salmon enhancement programs to conducting stock assessments, and work as an at-sea fisheries observer with Archipelago Marine Research Ltd. Kristi holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology and Technology from Nipissing University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University, alongside a diploma in Environmental Technician from Canadore College. Additionally, Kristi serves as a student counselling therapist at Conscientia Counselling, combining expertise in environmental science and mental health support.
