Richard Lee is the current Chairman at Smart Technologies. Richard has also previously worked as the Director at Premier Image Technology and at Foxconn. Richard Lee has over 20 years of experience in developing digital camera ODM/OEM businesses. Richard has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.

Richard Lee's educational career began with a post-undergraduate study in International Business Administration at the International Trade Institute, TAITRA. Richard then went on to earn their Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from National Chung Hsing University.
