Arvind Ramlakhan

Arvind Ramlakhan serves as the Country Manager for both Smart4 Engineering and Capitole in The Netherlands, supporting the goal of establishing a leading specialist in digital, engineering, and R&D across Europe. Ramlakhan also holds a partnership at Zonda. Previous roles include Director and Head of Pharma & Life Sciences at NTT DATA Europe & LATAM, where responsibilities involved driving growth in the Life Science sector in Benelux, and Director at Econocom, focused on IT staffing in various industries. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Modis and Altran, managing significant business units and consulting activities across financial services and other sectors. Ramlakhan began a career with a background in client relationship management and business strategy, having studied at De Haagse Hogeschool and Hofstad Lyceum in The Hague.
