Michał Ostrowski

Micha Roon is an experienced professional in the technology and blockchain sectors, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, supporting innovation through training and mentorship for technical staff. Roon is the owner and founder of managination, established in July 2005, which aims to enhance the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer and CTO at Energy Web, and Technical Board member at Share&Charge. Roon has also contributed to blockchain strategy and advisory roles at IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io, and served as a Senior Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional studies in Fintech at MIT and Project Management certification from PMI.
