Alex S. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the SEA Director, BD & Partnerships at SmartMerch, where they were responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, sales channels, collaborations, and partnerships in Southeast Asia. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Portfolio Manager at a Private Investment Fund from 2017 to 2021. They also gained experience as a Lead Business and Data Analyst at British âme from 2013 to 2015, and as a Business Analyst at Ingosstrakh in 2012. Alex's early career includes working as an Assistant in the Investment Department at BNP Paribas from 2011 to 2012, and as a Blockchain & Fintech Enthusiast since 2016.

Alex S. completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. This degree was obtained from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2012, Alex S. also pursued a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the same university.
