Kristin Dew

Kristin Dew, PhD, is a Senior UX Researcher II at Smartsheet since April 2023 and has extensive experience in academia and research. Currently serving as an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the University of Washington's Human Centered Design & Engineering, Kristin has held various teaching and research roles since September 2019, including Assistant Teaching Professor in UX Research & Design. Prior experience includes positions as a Graduate UX Researcher at both the University of Washington and HP, Research Manager at the Northwest Center for Public Health Practice, and Deputy Chief Production Editor at Oxford Business Group. Kristin obtained a PhD in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Washington, along with a Master's degree in the same field, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & International Studies from Northwestern University.
