Greg Twohig

Greg Twohig is an accomplished professional with significant experience in data science, product management, and technical analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Research & Data Science at Smash Capital since May 2023, Twohig also leads Deep Vantage OÜ as Chief Executive Officer since August 2018. Previously, Twohig held prominent roles at Twilio as Sr. Principal Product Manager, managing critical messaging systems, and at JW Player, where contributions included software engineering and product management for video solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Program Manager at Skype, where leadership resulted in enhanced product performance, and roles at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting the Department of Defense with communications systems engineering. Twohig's career began in the US Navy, where responsibilities included managing nuclear submarine programs and providing academic mentorship. Twohig holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and has completed advanced nuclear power training.
