Lauren McNichols

Lauren McNichols is an experienced ecommerce and digital customer service professional, currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce & Digital Customer Service at SMCP, overseeing brands such as Sandro, Maje, and Claudie Pierlot since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Director of Ecommerce for the Americas at MCM WORLDWIDE from 2016 until June 2023, and previously served as Senior Manager of Ecommerce Merchandising. Lauren's career in ecommerce began at HBC Digital at Saks Fifth Avenue as the Site Merchandising - Item Setup Manager. Lauren holds an AAS in Textile Development and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a BA in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development from Bowling Green State University.
