Tess Alexander

Tess Alexander has worked for a variety of companies since 2013. Tess began their career as an Administrative Assistant at DRMA IT Consulting in 2013. In 2014, they held internships at CIBC, Canadian Stewardship Services Alliance (CSSA) Inc., and CIBC. Her roles included Information Security Analyst, Technical Systems Analyst, and Business Systems Analyst. In 2017, they joined Lone Wolf Technologies as a Customer Support Representative (Websites). Her role included supporting clients via email, chat, and phone on 5 different web based website/CRM products, troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve software challenges, and communicating with other teams in the company. In 2019, they joined Smile.io as a Senior Technical Support 3, Senior Technical Support Specialist - Tier 2, and Client Support Specialist.

Tess Alexander attended the University of Waterloo from 2012 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Environment and Business with a field of study in Environment and Business (co-op).
