Shanice Patten

Shanice Patten currently serves as a Case Manager at Smith Community Mental Health, a position held since December 2022, where responsibilities include assisting individuals in accessing medical, social, educational, and other necessary services, as well as optimizing the functioning of recipients with complex needs. Prior to this role, Shanice worked as a Waiver Support Coordinator at the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities from May 2021 to December 2022, focusing on ongoing case management and advocacy for individuals with disabilities. Shanice's experience began as an intern at HOUSE OF PROTECTION INC from March 2020 to July 2020. Education includes a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity International University-Florida, currently in progress, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida Memorial University, completed in 2020.
