Denise Roosendaal

Denise Roosendaal, FASAE, CAE, is the Executive Director of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence, where leadership involves collaborating with the Board of Directors to shape strategic direction in accordance with John Carver's Policy Governance model. Additionally, Denise serves as Vice President at Smithbucklin and has previously held the role of Executive Director for the American Evaluation Association, focusing on the needs of a 7,300-member organization. Experience also includes serving as CEO of the Prince William Association of Realtors, leading significant growth and enhancing educational offerings, and fulfilling the position of Vice President for Public Affairs at the Tidewater Association of REALTORS. Denise's early career began at ATSI, where foundational skills in communication and association management were developed. Educational qualifications include multiple master's degrees from prestigious institutions, including the University of Virginia and Johns Hopkins University.
