Kathryn Brooks

Kathryn Brooks has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Associate HR Manager, Compliance at Smithfield Foods since June 2019, following roles as Human Resources Generalist and Associate Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes serving as a Placement Specialist at Reliance Staffing & Recruiting from April 2013 to May 2019, where responsibilities focused on recruitment efforts in the Tidewater region, and as a Technical Recruiter at Canon ITS from December 2007 to May 2009, managing HR functions related to employee recruitment and records. Kathryn also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at QVC in 2007, coordinating the recruitment and onboarding of temporary staff. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Goldey-Beacom College and graduated from Newark High School.
