Kennard Speed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Franchise Owner at Smoothie King since November 2018, Kennard promotes a healthy lifestyle through the brand's mission. Prior experience includes over a decade with Teach For America, where Kennard held various leadership positions focused on alumni affairs and teacher development, implementing strategies to enhance educational equity and support teacher effectiveness. Earlier roles include teaching pre-algebra at Humphreys County Schools and serving as Director of Administration & Lead Instructor at All Things Through Learning, Inc. Kennard holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
