Tomasz Wilk

Tomasz Wilk brings extensive experience in finance and strategic management, currently serving as a Finance Business Partner and Senior Financial Controller at SMYK Group since September 2021, where responsibilities include financial control and cost optimization for over 250 stores in Poland and Central Europe. Prior roles include similar positions at OBI Polska and Leroy Merlin, focusing on financial leadership for both store and e-commerce operations, budgeting, P&L management, and providing strategic financial insights. Earlier career experience includes roles at Tesco in various capacities, including Business Development Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO, as well as a Fund Accountant position at BNY Mellon. Tomasz holds a Master’s degree in Law and Administration with a focus on Financial Law from Jagiellonian University.
