Bob D'Agostino

Bob D'Agostino currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Snap-on Equipment, overseeing R&D engineering departments across Conway, AR, and Lexington, KY, with a focus on developing new testing and measurement products for the automotive repair industry. Previously, Bob held the position of Director of Algorithm Development at Snap-on Equipment, managing worldwide algorithm development for advanced measurement products. As a self-employed consultant through AutonoMee, LLC, Bob provided expertise in algorithms, computer vision, and machine learning across various industries. Additionally, Bob has served as Director of Machine Learning at Spektron Systems, leading predictive modeling software development for a drug discovery startup, and held several engineering and scientific roles at Snap-on Equipment, ChemImage Corporation, Textron Systems, Energetiq Technology, and Shiva Technologies. Bob earned a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Syracuse University.
