Arnaud Fournaise

Arnaud Fournaise has extensive experience in the transportation sector, currently serving at Groupe SNCF since October 2019 as Animateur Qualité Pôle formation Oui Académie and Responsibile Information Voyageurs et Prise en Charge en Situation Perturbée Prévue for the LAJ lines. In these roles, Arnaud oversees passenger information during planned disruptions and manages the team responsible for operational details, including the coordination of substitute bus services. Previously, from January 2007 to September 2017, Arnaud held various positions at SNCF, including Gestionnaire informations voyageurs, Chef d'escale at St Pierre des Corps, Manager of the TGV PRO reception team, and Trains Trainer. Arnaud holds a Master's degree in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and has completed a training course in designing and delivering educational programs.
