Ulrike Haugen

Ulrike Haugen currently serves as the EVP and Chief Communications Officer at DNV, overseeing Group Communications, Branding, Public Affairs, and Sustainability since May 2017. Additionally, Ulrike has been the President of the German-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce since 2020 and a Non-Executive Director at Snøhetta since January 2020. Involved in various boards, Ulrike is also a Board Member of Oslo Energy Forum. Previous roles include Group Vice President of Marketing and Communications at ABB Marine & Ports, Senior Contracts Engineer at Technip, and Global Marketing Manager at REC Solar AS. Early career experiences encompass business development roles at notable international law firms such as Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, Allen & Overy, and Linklaters. Ulrike holds an MBA from London South Bank University and has pursued additional education in digital business models and leading digital transformation.
