Matt Woodward

Matt Woodward currently serves as the Head of AMER Acquisition Field Operations at Snowflake, a role held since June 2025. Prior to this position, Matt was the Sr Director of Sales Operations for SMB at Zendesk from August 2021 to May 2025, and the Sr Director of Global Field Sales Operations at Forcepoint, where leadership spanned a 600-person global sales organization generating $700 million in annual revenues. Previously, Matt held various sales operations director roles at VMware, supporting large-scale global sales operations and strategic initiatives. Matt also owned and operated Woodward CrossFit for over a decade, establishing a community-focused fitness facility recognized multiple times for excellence in Austin. Educationally, Matt studied Pre-Medicine at Sam Houston State University from 1998 to 2000.
