Sonam Malhi

Sonam Malhi is currently the Corporate Counsel at Snowflake. Prior to that, they were with Gainsight from September 2018 to November 2019 as their Corporate Counsel. There, they provided legal support for all functions across the organization and advised departments and employees on legal issues and risks, approval processes, company policies and procedures, IP and business strategy. Sonam also responded promptly to requests from Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other clients.

Before Gainsight, Sonam was with ServiceNow from November 2014 to August 2018 as their Senior Corporate Counsel. While there, they created and presented sales enablement materials to help drive sales organization to be more self-sufficient in order to expedite deal cycles.

Sonam Malhi reports to David Hudanish, Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. They are on a team with Emi Chuang - Associate General Counsel, Michael Lee - Associate General Counsel, and Patrick Shima - Senior Corporate Counsel.
