Kemor Anderson

Lead Animal Facility Specialist at SoBran, Inc.

Kemor Anderson has a diverse range of work experience. Kemor started their career in 2014 as a Cashier at Burger King, where they provided excellent customer service and organized their work area to improve efficiency. In 2018, they worked as a Food Server at Arbor Therapy, where they excelled in memorizing daily specials, planning interior layouts for resident comfort, and efficiently processing orders. From 2019 to 2020, Kemor worked as an Animal Care Technician at Charles River Laboratories, where they followed safety guidelines and administered animal treatments. Kemor then moved on to SoBran-Inc in 2020, taking on the role of an Animal Care Technician/Fill In Supervisor. In this position, they led a team of technicians, assigned schedules, and assisted with supervisor checks. Kemor's next role was at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2020, where they worked as a Program Support Specialist. In this role, they followed standard operating procedures and quality assurance standards, had expertise in primate anesthesia and controlled drugs, and maintained a clean facility. Currently, Kemor is employed at SoBran-Inc as a Lead Animal Facility Specialist, starting in 2022.


Kemor Anderson attended Shorter University from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Biology with a focus on Chemistry. In addition to their academic pursuits, Kemor also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they became an Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician (ALAT/RALAT) certified by the AALAS. They further expanded their skill set by acquiring CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross in October 2021.
