Eunice Kim serves as General Counsel, directing SOC Telemed’s legal strategy to enable compliant growth.

With more than 20 years of in-house experience advising fast-paced global technology businesses, Eunice brings trusted and results-oriented expertise. She engages in a broad range of general corporate and securities-related work in support of strategic transactions, U.S. commercial readiness, and relationships. Eunice joined SOC Telemed from Symantec Corporation, the world’s leading cybersecurity company, where she served as Vice President of Legal. During her tenure at Symantec, Eunice led corporate and employment legal functions and more than 40 acquisitions and divestitures, ranging from millions to $10 billion. Prior to Symantec Corporation, she served as an associate at Coudert Brothers LLP, advising clients in various industries – technology, financial services, and consumer products – from early stage to publicly-traded on corporate and IP matters.

Eunice holds a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in Newton, MA.
