Mustafa Sümer

Mustafa Sümer is an experienced Project Controls Lead Engineer with a strong background in managing engineering and construction projects at SOCAR Türkiye since February 2021. Key responsibilities include project control management, contractor baseline schedule maintenance, and utilization of earned value management techniques. Previously, Mustafa held roles at ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş., where contributions involved developing baseline schedules and assessing changes for the STAR Refinery project, and at Bechtel-Enka Joint Venture, focusing on the South Caucasus Pipeline expansion. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Mustafa has also engaged in research and development as a Research and Development Engineer and served as an Assistant Editor for an academic journal.
