Jackie Khor

Senior Advisor at Social Finance

Jackie Khor is a Vice President at Social Finance, where she works with education systems, impact investors, governments, nonprofits, and philanthropies to leverage capital and innovate with financing structures that facilitate equitable economic opportunities and strengthen education outcomes for underserved populations.

Jackie’s pre-Social Finance professional background includes experiences in the financial, impact investing, and philanthropic spaces.

Just prior to joining the organization, she worked as Vice President for programs at the College Futures Foundation. In this role, she oversaw the foundation’s grantmaking and partnership efforts with objective of increasing B.A. completion among low-income students and other underrepresented learners in California. Before that, Jackie helped pioneer impact investing as a co-founder at the San Francisco-based firm Imprint Capital, where she advised private, corporate, and community foundations on how to most effectively channel capital toward investments that catalyzed social change and generated returns.

Jackie has also served as Associate Director at the Rockefeller Foundation, Director of employment programs for the New York City Partnership, and Vice President within Lehman Brothers’ Public Finance Division.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley and her master’s degree in public and private Management from the Yale School of Management.
